The Sofia Square project consists of residential and business programs and an industrial park, with a total built area of 592,000 m2, located on a 105,000 m2 site. The project develops a high-quality public space and respectful urban environment, consisting of several interconnected parks, artificial lakes, playgrounds and sports facilities that are accessible to the public and are surrounded by vegetation.
